There are many latin sounding names that are grammatically wrong in Eve and this explanation is correct and complete. Any latin teacher would suicide when reading all eve corp and alliance names :) Well this is a problem of the internet in general. I can tell you what happened: someone opened a dictionary looking for bite and found "Morsus", then looked for me and found "mihi", put the 2 together and got morsus mihi. This story is at least 99% accurate because that's what I've seen in my last 10 years or so of internet. EDIT: also I'm not a latin teacher, I'm an accountant. lol.

You would have a point here if we were using ordinary latin. "Morsus Mihi" however is the correct version in minmatarian latin. You know, we're roleplayers - ask spiraljunkie. roleplaying wise, shouldn't the amarrians speak latin or something since it's basically Vatican City in internet spaceships?
